The 2026 Southern Blast National Netball League season saw the team challenge some strong opposition throughout the competition, finishing with six competition points after recording one win and four losses.
While the results did not always reflect the team's performances, the squad continued to grow in confidence and competitiveness, gaining valuable experience against quality opposition.
Head Coach Janine Southby led the team, supported by Assistant Coach Jill Larrivee.
The management team included Rachael Parker as Team Manager, Amelia Wardell as Physiotherapist, and Adam Keen as Strength and Conditioning Coach, whose expertise played an important role throughout the campaign.
An early injury to Lucy Morrison resulted in the return of Neve Beattie, a key contributor from the 2025 season. Neve stepped seamlessly back into the squad, bringing valuable experience and making a significant impact on the team's performances.
The season provided an excellent platform for player development and highlighted the exciting depth of emerging talent within the Southern region.
